I brought my 22 Toyota Tundra in for a suspension lift, tires and fender flares. Matt was great at keeping me informed and he stayed within my budget. The truck turned out great! I’ve already scheduled another appointment with them to get my seats redone in leather. As advertised they can work on any make or model not just Dodge and Jeep.

Literal waste of time and caused planning and logistical b.s. that could/should have been avoided. Like, it seems like this place must be a front, and the point man, Carl, doesn’t actually do anything pertaining to custom car work. I needed to move in less than a month but wanted to have a few aftermarket exterior accessories installed on my Dodge Challenger that I had in storage, plus a hood and spoiler repaint, before the move. I began calling around places. 1st yellow flag for Daytona's Garage is I got voicemail, left a message, and got no return call. So while I was in the area a couple days later I showed up in person. The place is inside a Dodge dealership. 2nd flag, the reps at the dealership (not directly affiliated w/ Daytona’s Garage) immediately gave the impression “Carl” wasn’t ever around. Granted I arrived late in the day w/o an appointment so I won't hold that against anyone. After waiting a while, Carl came out to meet. We discussed the needs and I told him time was tight as I was moving out of state in half a month. He assured me they could do it. They had all the set-up and connections, including a convenient option for rental car on site. He’d make some calls

Doesn’t even deserve a one star! I took my truck to The Daytona Garage inside this dealership because of warranty reasons. I wanted my truck lifted and the only safe way to do it (guarantee my warranty) without losing my warranty was to do it here. Unfortunately, what was agreed upon wasn’t done. It was/has been a nightmare with them. They kept my truck 4days instead of the 5-6 hrs like they said. Made me pay remaining balance over the phone before they would drop it off. They lied about it being completely done and since I didn’t see it, I paid because I didn’t think this would happen. It was brought back to my house unfinished and not lifted as agreed! They ordered all the wrong parts, put on what they could and what didn’t fit (spacers) they said they would order and have me in the same week. Then tried to blame the spacers for not fitting on my after market rims. Ummmm, Matt, you came outside and we stood in front of my truck for 10mins discussing my rims and lift. You knew I had these rims and instead of being honest and telling your bosses it was your fault and that you made a mistake, you decided to run and lie from the truth. Customer service is outstanding, Trina in particular went an above and beyond helping me get the Jeep build that’s right for me. She made sure all the right parts were on order and on time and I was in and out quickly. There was a small problem with the bumper from the factory that could have derailed everything. Instead of just letting that happen she worked with her tech team to find a great solution until the factory could get a replacement. The techs went out of their way to touch up the damaged paint and make it look great from nearly every angle extra work they didn’t have to do and still got it back to me when it was promised.

Trina M and her team gave my Jeep Scarlett the best upgrade ever! Grateful that she was even worked on due to be a Renegade. They always make sure that all Jeeps matter!! Thank you again for the glow!!
